Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom mainland only.


How long does it typically take for your products to be dispatched?
Usually within 48 hours of processing your order.


Are All Your products Actually Held In Stock?
Yes all Products listed in our shop are held in stock. We ship our products directly from our stock so you can be assured of speedy delivery


Do I need to open an account to shop on your Website?
No, you don’t need to open an account to place an order on our Website. Simply checkout as a guest and provide the necessary details for us to process and deliver your order.
 


Is it safe to use my banking and card details on your Website?
Yes, shopping on our Website is completely safe. We use leading payment gateway providers that are Verisign Secured and PCI Compliant. At no point during the payment process do we handle your banking and card details, or store your banking and card details after the order is placed.
 


I’m unable to complete my order on the Website. What do I do?

Are my personal details safe on the Website?
Yes, we take utmost care in keeping your personal information safe and secure. We do not sell your information to any third-parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
 


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email.
 


Do you accept returns and exchange?
Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:
– The item must have been sold on our online store
– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
– The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
– The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please reach out to support by submitting your request via the “contact us” form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.


 Can I amend my order?
Absolutely! If your order has not yet been dispatched we can change the size, color, address or upgrade your order to our express service.

Why didn’t I received an order confirmation?
It may be that you have not used an email address on your order or it’s been entered incorrectly. Please check your junk or spam folders to see if it’s ended up there.

Can I cancel my order?
As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! if you would like to cancel plz let us know as soon as possible ideally within 12 hours as it would be already being processed at the warehouse.

Should I use Tracked service to send my return back?
We recommend using a shipping service that can be tracked to send your order back to us.  If shipping an item over £50.00 we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. In the rare event that your return is lost in transit, we would be unable to refund items that are not received.


How will my order be refunded?
Your refund will be returned to you via the same method you used to pay for your order.  Once your refund is processed the refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
