What is the status of my order?

You can visit the Track My Order to find out the status of your order. You will need your order tracking number we provided you to track down your order. The tracking is the best way to get an indication on delivery.

Can I amend my order?

Absolutely! If your order has not yet been dispatched we can change the size, color, address or upgrade your order to our express service.


Please send us an email with the required changes to info@prettyunik.com and we will update and confirm any changes to your order.

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

My discount code isn’t working. Can You help?

Discount code not working? You can only use each discount code once and have one discount code per order. To get another discount code, check out the our website for our current offers.

Can I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to cancel your order, as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds!). You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return my order?

Simply email us at info@prettyunik.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return and we will let you know how you can return your order! Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached (if applicable).

 

Can I exchange my order?

Of course! Just place a new order for the item(s) that you require and return any unwanted items to us for a full refund. Just email us with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return and we will let you know how you can return your order for free! Returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached (if applicable).

 

What should I do If I receive faulty or damaged items?

Oh no! In the rare event of receiving an item that does not meet your expectations, just email us at info@prettyunik.com with a one or two photos of the faulty or damaged item.


I’ve received wrong items. How can I exchange or return it?

How long do I have to return the items?

Not entirely satisfied? No problem! You can return your item to us within 30 days of receiving it. Just email us at info@prettyunik.com about returning your items for free!

 

Have you received my return?

Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to let you know. If your return tracking indicates we have received your return and you have not yet received a notification from us, just send us an email at info@prettyunik.com and we will do our best to locate your return.

 

I haven’t received my refund. When will it be processed?

Once your returned order has been received, inspected and processed we will refund you via the same method you paid for your order. It can take between 15-20 from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.


Should I use Tracked service to send my return back?

We recommend using a shipping service that can be tracked to send your order back to us.  If shipping an item over £50.00 we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. In the rare event that your return is lost in transit, we would be unable to refund items that are not received.

 

How will my order be refunded?

Your refund will be returned to you via the same method you used to pay for your order.  Once your refund is processed the refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping is £3.99 per item and express shipping £14.99 per item. If you require further assistance, please email our friendly customer service team at info@prettyunik.com.


I’ve ordered express delivery. How long will it take to arrive?

Please allow 10-14 days for your order to arrive. If you require further assistance, please email our friendly customer service team at info@prettyunik.com


COVID-19: Due to the global situation with COVID-19, we are currently unable to provide an express shipping service. We hope to have our express delivery service back up and running as soon as possible.


Will I be charged a custom charge?

Majority of the charges are included in delivery charges but Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws, all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Prettyunik. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.


Where is my order coming from?

PrettyUnik is a London based company with fulfillment centers in the United Kingdom and China. The majority of our stock is held in China, but we provide easy local free returns for all customers.


Can my order be shipped overnight?

Sorry! At this stage we can’t provide overnight shipping but would love to be able to provide this service in the future.


The tracking for my order is not working. Can you help?

Oops sorry that the tracking is not working for you. You can try tracking your order via the the Yun Express website.

Sizing

I don’t know my size. Can you help?

We sure can. You can check out our sizing guide. Each product also has it’s own sizing guide, you can find measurements below the product photos on each item.
