We normally delivery all our orders between 4-10 days but please allow  few extra days to receive your order as delivery times may vary depending on your country and product location.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Prettyunik can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. We will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Prettyunik account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PARCEL IS LOST?

If you find that the wrong tracking information , please  contact us to confirm the situation. If it is confirmed that the package has been lost, we will resend the item for you.
