Need To Return your item? No problem.


Just in case you’re not satisfied with your purchase, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for all UK orders and within 30 days of receipt for international orders in order to refund or exchange (excluding delivery charge) the item.


Please handle the items with care making sure all returned items are in their original condition. This means unworn, undamaged, free of grooming, pet hair and have all its original tags including safety attached.


All shoes must be tried indoors and must have no sign of wear and tear.
In the case of refunds, we process full transaction amounts excluding delivery charges deducting handling fee of £2.20.

 

To initiate your return please contact us at info@letmedressit.com to receive your return number. Any unauthorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.

 

If your item is received damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we’ll let you know whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping.

 

All items must be in an unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account as it may take up to 2-10 business days to appear in your account. If you’ve checked your account and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via our FB Messenger or info@letmedressit.com.

 

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@letmedressit.com with the address to be returned and exchanged.

 

SHIPPING
To return your product you should post your product to: 28 Doghurst, London, UB3 5BJ.

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
