Need To Return your item? No problem.
Just in case you’re not satisfied with your purchase, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for all orders to refund or exchange (excluding delivery charge) the item.
Please handle the items with care making sure all returned items are in their original condition. This means unworn, undamaged, free of grooming, pet hair and have all its original tags including safety attached.
Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit,lingerie,bodysuits, swimwear,jewelry,mask and accessories
All shoes must be tried indoors and must have no sign of wear and tear.
Please check with us first before returning as we do not accept returned items that were sent without contacting us.
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received.Only send to the address that our customer service provide.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 2-10 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by us.
In the case of refunds, we process full transaction amounts excluding delivery charges deducting handling fee of £2.20.
To initiate your return please contact us at email@example.com to receive your return number. Any unauthorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.
If your item is received damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we’ll let you know whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping.
All items must be in an unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.
Once your return is received and inspected we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account as it may take up to 2-10 business days to appear in your account. If you’ve checked your account and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via our FB Messenger or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email email@example.com with the address to be returned and exchanged.

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
