Need To Return your item? No problem.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to return and refund for followings:Swimsuit,lingerie,bodysuits, swimwear,jewelry,mask and accessories. All custum made orders are not refundable
Just in case you’re not satisfied with your purchase, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for all orders to refund or exchange (excluding delivery charge) the item.Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Note: Due to external factors such as equipment and screen brightness, the product image will be different from the actual product.
1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by PRETTYUNIK.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.This means unworn, undamaged, free of grooming, pet hair and have all its original tags including safety attached

5.i. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 30 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price excluding delivery fee.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost and by you unless a mistake is made by us.
7. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. Postage cost will be deducted if it was a free shipping order.
8. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
9. To initiate your return please contact us at [email protected] to receive your return number. Any unauthorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.
10. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
11. If your item is received damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we’ll let you know whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping.
12. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 2-10 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.
In the case of refunds, we process full transaction amounts excluding delivery charges deducting handling fee of £2.99.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account as it may take up to 2-10 business days to appear in your account. If you’ve checked your account and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via our FB Messenger or [email protected].
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email [email protected] with the address to be returned and exchanged.

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
